Xiaomi Mi Smart Water Purifier Review

Xiaomi launched its first Smart Water Purifier with RO + UV purification in India at its Smarter Living event in September. It has a 7 liter tank, minimalist design and offers five stages of purification. After trying it out for the few weeks, here is our review. Design Starting with the design, the purifier comes only in white color. On the front there is a Mi logo. Next to it are the Switch and Reset buttons. There is a filter indicator that shows the status. If it blinks orange, then the filter is nearly exhausted, if it's steady orange then the filter is exhausted. If the Wi-Fi indicator is quickly blinks orange, then Wi-Fi is awaiting connection, if it is quickly blinks blue, then the Wi-Fi is offline or connecting. These also let you rest Wi-Fi when you simultaneously press and hold for three seconds, before you set up. The water outlet is present below that. You can press the water dispenser tap or pull it to the top for continuous water flow. Sony confirms Android 10 update for range of Xperia smartphones, roll out begins in December starting from Xperia 1 and Xperia 5

Sony Mobile has officially confirmed the list of its smartphones that will get Android 10 update. This includes its flagship smartphones Xperia 1 and Xperia 5, which will get the update next month. Xperia 10, XZ2, and XZ3 will get the update in early 2020. Sadly, Xperia XZ, XZ1 and Xperia XA2 series are not in the list. OnePlus 7T OxygenOS 10.0.6 and 7T Pro OxygenOS 10.0.4 updates bring standby power optimization, bug fixes and more

OnePlus has released new software updates for the OnePlus 7T and the OnePlus 7T Pro that have small incremental changes with some bug fixes. The 7T and the 7T pro came pre-loaded with Android 10 at launch and have continued to get frequent updates to improve the software experience. The new updates take the OxygenOS version to 10.0.4 on the OnePlus 7T Pro, the update file size being 166MB and version 10.0.6 on the OnePlus 7T, the update file size being 75MB. As usual, this OTA is an incremental one, initially rolling out to a small number of users today with wider rolling out coming in the next few days. ACT Fibernet rolls out public WiFi hotspots in Chennai in partnership with Greater Chennai Corporation

ACT Fibernet, the popular wired broadband Internet Service Provider in India launched ACT Stream TV 4K Android TV Box earlier this year. Expanding their services, the company provided free public WiFi during IPL matches and has been providing free public WiFi at malls in Hyderabad. Now, the latest in the list is Chennai city and ACT Fibernet has started rolling out public WiFi hotspots in partnership with Greater Chennai Corporation. ACT Fibernet together with Greater Chennai Corporation has installed 25+ WiFi zones across prime locations in Chennai including 14 Amma Canteens across 15 Zones in Greater Chennai Corporation. The public WiFi hotspot initiative is part of the Smart City project started by the government and executed by Greater Chennai Corporation. ACT says that close to 250 to 300 users can login at the same time under each WiFi zone that will be available round the clock for the users. Users can access the WiFi hotspots through the ACT Fibernet network for 30 minutes at 20 Mbps speed to upload and download files, browse online, watch videos, and more. Xiaomi's Redmi brand launched its latest Note smartphone, Redmi Note 8 Pro and Redmi Note 8 last month in India. It's been barely a month since the launch, but now there is a rumor regarding a variant of Redmi Note 8 Pro with Snapdragon 730G in works. The tipster also suggests that the Redmi K30 5G smartphone is said to launch next month. According to the tipster @xiaomishka, a Redmi smartphone carrying model numbers M1912G7BE/M1912G7BC has got 3C certification in China recently and has appeared in the database.
