Twitter rolls out a dedicated ‘Report’ option to prevent misleading election tweets

Twitter has been working on a lot of features right now especially on curbing fake news and abusive content. In this regard, a few days back, the micro-blogging site shared the progress and changes that can be expected in the upcoming months. Today, the company has come up with a dedicated reporting feature within the product to allow users to report more easily than before. According to Twitter, "This is in addition to our existing proactive approach to tackling malicious automation and other forms of platform manipulation on the service." Notably, the company is rolling out this feature amidst 2019 Lok Sabha in India to test and the EU elections as well. The company also said that it will roll out to other elections globally throughout the rest of the year. What types of content are in violation?
