Xiaomi launches Flame Red Redmi Note 5 (Redmi Note 5 Pro) in China

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone in India in Black, Gold, Rose Gold and Blue colors earlier this year. Later it introduced the same phone as Redmi Note 5 with better specifications in same colors in China. Now the company has introduced Flame Red color variant of the smartphone in China. The Mi 6X, Mi 8 SE, and the latest Redmi 6 Pro smartphones in China are available in Red color. To remind you, the Chinese version of the smartphone  with the same 5.99-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass screen, Snapdragon 636 SoC with up to 6GB RAM, Hybrid Dual SIM slot, 4000mAh battery and  a 12-megapixel rear camera, same as the Indian version, but this has a f/1.9 aperture camera with 1.4μm pixel size, Dual PD dual-core speed focus for fast and accurate focus, 5-megapixel secondary camera, 13-megapixel front camera, Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Treble support,  Dual 4G VoLTE support and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (Redmi Note 5 Pro) Red went on sale in China today at 999 yuan (US$ 152 / Rs. 10,360 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs 1299 yuan(US$ 197 / Rs. 13,475 approx.).
