Apple today announced that it will launch the Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) on May 11th in India, months after it launched the Apple Watch Series 3 standard version. Airtel said that it will start pre-registrations for the new Apple Watch on May 4, 2018 on Airtel website. It will also be available from Reliance Jio, and the pre-orders begins on jio.com starting May 4. It will also be available on Reliance Digital and Jio Stores starting May 11. This uses an eSIM, so you don't require a separate SIM. Reliance Jio has also announced its JioEverywhereConnect service that allows you to use the same Jio number on both your iPhone and the Apple Watch. The JioEverywhereConnect service will be available at no extra cost to iPhone users. Jio also promises priority first day delivery on pre-order. To help Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) customers get started, Airtel is also offering special introductory cellular trial.
