Google is out with Android distribution numbers for the month of April with an Oreo adoption rate now at a decent 4.6% which includes the Android 8.1 Oreo as well. Android Nougat including both Android 7.0 and Android 7.1 Nougat adoption rate has now jumped to 30.8% from 28.5% from February which is steady growth. Android 6.0 Marshmallow is now at 26%, and it has declined from 28.1%. The Lollipop operating system adoption now stands at 22.9% down from 24.6%. KitKat OS now stands at 10.5% down from 12%, and it also shows the adoption of the latest OS. Jellybean is currently at 4.5% down from 5%.
