ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 global trial roll out begins November 26 – List of OPPO devices getting it

OPPO today launched the ColorOS 7 for the global markets, at an event in India, as it had promised. It also announced ColorOS 7 roll out details for several phones, and said that it will be based on Android 10. ColorOS 7 introduces a simple design with lighter icons that are easier to interact and lighter in vision. It brings new Soloop video editor, new DocVault apps, Three-fine screenshot, Music Party, AI Beautification 2.0, App Lock, Private Safe, Osense and lots more. You can check out all the features here. Facebook Viewpoint market research app pays users to answer surveys

Facebook is getting into the market research space with a new app called Facebook Viewpoints. The app will reward people for participating in surveys, tasks and research. Facebook claims the data collected from these methods will be used to improve products like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Portal and Oculus, and to benefit the broader community. Google has a similar market research app called Google Opinion Rewards that gives users Google Play credit for Android and via Paypal for iOS users by answering survey questions. The app was first launched years ago with Google releasing it in India in 2018. Now, Facebook has decided to launch their version of a market research app called Viewpoints. Users will be required to create a Facebook Viewpoint account, after which they will be invited to join programs through which they can earn points. Users will be informed of what information will be collected, how it will be used and how many points will the user earn from that particular study. HUAWEI Nova 6E with quad rear cameras, punch-hole display surfaces

After announcing the upcoming launch of the HUAWEI Nova 6 5G to be held on December 5th, HUAWEI is set to launch another version from the Nova 6 series, called Nova 6 SE. Render image of the phone has surfaced showing its design differences from the standard Nova 6 5G. The render shows the primary differences between the SE and the standard version. Notably, the punch hole camera in the front is a single one, compared to the dual punch hole design in the Nova 5G variant. The back of the phone also shows differences in its camera array. There is a square camera bump with a flash below it. The cameras are rumoured to be the upcoming Sony's IMX686 60-megapixel sensor, along with 16 megapixel, 2-megapixel and another 2-megapixel sensors. MediaTek just announced Dimensity 1000, the company's latest flagship SoC with built-in 5G, as it had promised. It is the company's first chip to use 7nm process technology, and uses four Cortex-A77 cores operating up to 2.6GHz and four power-efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores operating at up to 2.0GHz. It also packs ARM Mali-G77 GPU. The SoC supports 5G two carrier aggregation (2CC CA) with 4.7Gbps downlink and 2.5Gbps uplink speeds over sub-6GHz networks. The chipset is designed to support stand alone and non-stand alone (SA/NSA) sub-6GHz networks, and includes multi-mode support for every cellular connectivity generation from 2G to 5G.
