Mercury Harmony and Wave multimedia speakers launched in India for Rs. 400 and Rs. 600

Mercury which is a brand of Kobian Pte Ltd. known for its range of accessories has today launched two new multimedia speakers in India - Mercury Harmony and Mercury Wave. These are compact speakers and are plug-and-play that is compatible with PC, laptop, tablet, and televisions. Mercury Harmony and Wave multimedia speakers come with 6 watt RMS and have a frequency response of 90 Hz 20 kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio is 60dB. The speaker driver unit is 2 x 52mm and the interface is Stereo with USB Power, connects through 3.5mm port and is a plug-and-play device that is compatible with multiple devices. Harmony speaker comes in Black and Blue colour options and Wave speaker comes in Blue and Green colour options. Mercury Harmony is priced at Rs. 400 and Mercury Wave is priced at Rs. 600. Both speakers come with 12-month warranty and are available to buy through the Kobian network of authorized distributors and dealers. 2019 Apple launch event – New iPhone models with revamped cameras, new iPad Pro, larger MacBook Pro and more expected

Google Photos now allows you to search for text in pictures

Google Photos photo-sharing app which was launched back in 2015 has been getting new features with updates over the years. Last year, Google rolled out support for Lens in Google Images. Now, with the latest update, Google Photos allows you to search for text in images. Google Lens supports optical character recognition(OCR) that can pull text from any image. The feature is now being extended to Google Photos and users can search Google Photos library for a text that appears within pictures and screenshots. To recall, Google Photos already recognises objects, events, and people or pets. You spotted it! Starting this month, we’re rolling out the ability to search your photos by the text in them. Once you find the photo you’re looking for, click the Lens button to easily copy and paste text. Xiaomi's Redmi brand has started revealing more details about the upcoming Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone. The company today shared an image of a gamepad and said that the phone will have support for game accessories. It also said that it has all the qualities of a gaming phone including smooth gaming in high frame rates, liquid cooling,  network optimization, smooth touchscreen experience and long battery life. The company already confirmed that the phone will support liquid cooling. Today it has posted a new image and said that liquid cooling will reduce the temperature of the phone by 4 to 6 degrees compared to other models that don't have it, when gaming.
