Apple releases iOS 13.3, tvOS 13.3 and watchOS 6.1.1 with bug fixes and improvements

Apple released iOS 13 at the WWDC event earlier this year and later the company released updates with bug fixes. Following iOS 13.2 release recently with Deep Fusion, new emoji, AirPods Pro support, and more, Apple has now released yet another update - iOS 13.3 with improvements and bug fixes, and has also released tvOS 13.3 and watchOS 6.1.1 iOS 13.3 brings new parental controls to Screen Time which provides more communication limits and lets users set specific limitations over who their children can call, FaceTime, or Message. The Contact list for children lets parents manage the contacts that appear on their children’s devices. This update also includes a new layout for Apple News+ stories, "Breaking" and "Developing" labels for Top Stories, and more. Apple has also added a new setting that lets users disable the Memoji and Animoji stickers from always appearing on the emoji keyboard and it can be found in Settings > General > Keyboard > Emoji. Apple warns Pro Display XDR users not to use non-Apple polishing cloths to clean the nano-texture glass

Apple announced the Pro Display XDR earlier last month alongside the new Mac Pro and it went on sale today. The Pro Display XDR comes with standard glass and another model comes with special nano-texture glass. Now Apple has released support documents with special instructions to clean the Pro Display XDR model with nano-texture glass. Apple's support page has cleaning instructions for both standard glass and the model with nano-texture glass. Apple mentions that to clean the standard glass, Pro Display XDR customers should use the polishing cloth that came with the display or another "clean, dry, micro-fiber cloth". It also suggests users to first disconnect the display from power for additional cleaning of the glass. The cleaning instructions for the standard glass is quite basic and simple. But for the model with nano-texture glass, it is quite different and bizarre. Apple says that customers should "use only the dry polishing cloth" that comes with the display to wipe dust or smudges off the screen and water or other liquids should not be used to clean the nano-texture glass. OPPO Enco Free True Wireless Earbuds to be announced on December 26 alongside Reno3

Earlier today OPPO confirmed that it will introduce Reno3 series in China on December 26th. Today it has confirmed that it will introduce new Enco Free True Wireless Earbuds alongside. This shows earbuds with a long stem and a charging case. The design is almost similar to the realme Buds Air, which will launch in India next week, but this comes in White, Black and Pink colors, while realme earbuds come in yellow instead of Pink. There is OPPO branding on the front company doesn't reveal the specifications of the phone, but it could come with Bluetooth 5.0, option to connect the headset to once you open the case, one touch to activate Google Assistant, music and calls controls with touch, and more, similar to realme Buds Air. It is not clear if the earbuds will feature active noise cancellation, similar to its Enco Q1 neckband headset, which was launched back in August. Google Chrome gets better password and real time phishing protection

Google has rolled out an update to the Chrome browser that includes more secure password protection in the case of a data breach, real time phishing protection, predictive phishing protection and small UI tweaks to make it easier to see what used account is being used. Password protection was developed as a separate extension by Google for Chrome earlier this year which was integrated into the Google account in October. Now Google is updating the feature to ensure your accounts stay protected during data breaches. When Google discovers a users account was compromised in a data breach, Chrome will automatically notify you and strongly suggest you to change the passwords. The way Google identifies if your account is compromised involves an encrypted technique called private set intersection with blinding which ensures user privacy is maintained throughout the entire process. The second update involves making phishing techniques work in real time. Google refreshes its list of phishing websites every 30 minutes which works with the Safe Browsing feature in Chrome to ensure users aren't exposed to these malicious websites.
