OnePlus 7 Pro Oxygen OS 9.5.7 update brings further camera improvements
OnePlus has started rolling out Oxygen OS 9.5.7 for the OnePlus 7 Pro. The update is mainly focussed on improvements to the rear camera and the changelog includes a bunch of changes like improved overall contrast and color performance, improved white balance consistency, improved accuracy of autofocusing and more. Oxygen OS 9.5.7 update weighs 127MB in size and also includes System improvements like optimization in Double Tap to Wake, fixed issues with Ambient display, improved the audio quality for voice calls from third-party apps and improved touch sensitivity for the screen. Last week, OnePlus rolled out Oxygen OS 9.5.4 and that too brought camera improvements to the OnePlus 7 Pro. But, the latest Oxygen OS 9.5.7 update includes a bunch of camera improvements compared to the previous update and seems to be the update that OnePlus 7 Pro users were waiting for. Xiaomi’s POCO launched the F1, the company’s first smartphone in India back in August last year starting at Rs. 20,999, later in December it got a permanent price cut to Rs. 19,999 and the . Google adds HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro back on Android Q Beta site
Last month, Google announced that it has suspended some of its business operations with HUAWEI which includes a ban on using Google Services and Play Store. Subsequently, some HUAWEI smartphones including Mate 20 Pro was removed from Android Q Beta site. But today, Google has reinstated HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro on Android Q Beta site. Earlier today, HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro was added back on Google's Android Q Beta site after it was removed last week. Mate 20 Pro users now can get the beta build from Android Q Beta website. The company also started the global developer recruitment for Android Q on the Mate 20 Pro earlier this month and it was limited to Google Play app developers from central and Eastern Europe who have at least one app on the store. ASUS issues official statement after High Court order regarding ‘Zen’ and ‘ZenFone’ trademark issue in India
Earlier this week, Telecare Network filed a complaint at the Delhi High Court against ASUS for infringing on an existing trademark for the word Zen. Following the complaint, today, ASUS issued an official response regarding the recent High Court verdict. In an official response, ASUS said that its legal team is working with the Delhi High Court to resolve the trademark lawsuit. Netflix is testing Instagram-like ‘Extras’ feed for photos and videos
Video on demand service Netflix introduced new additions like weekly subscription plans, high-quality audio for TV viewers and more. Now, new reports suggest that Netflix has started testing a dedicated 'Extras' feed that will aggregate photos, trailers, photos, and alerts for upcoming shows in an Instagram-like fashion. Netflix has started testing a new feed called 'Extras' in its app with a closed group of users. The feed looks and functions similar to Instagram feed where users can see trailers, photos, alerts for upcoming shows and more. The photos in the feed can be scrolled horizontally and the videos in the feed will play automatically, without sound. The trailers don't play in full-length, and users have to click through to a show. If this sounds familiar, the working is similar to Instagram's feed and also YouTube's 'Autoplay on Home' feature.
