Sound One X80 Magnetic Neckband Wireless Earphones with MicroSD Slot launched for Rs. 2990

Bluetooth earphone spaces are being filled by several companies at competitive prices. Recently, the Hong Kong-based audio and accessories manufacturer, Sound One launched X80 Magnetic Neckband Wireless Bluetooth Earphones with mic in India. Launched under the X-series, the Bluetooth features Qualcomm CSR8645 Bluetooth chip, VC 6.0 noise cancellation tech, microSD card slot, and IPX5 water ingress protection. Offering a secure fit, Magnets can attach two earbuds together when not in use and prevent the earphones from sliding off or cable tangle. Notably, the earphones support storage cards of up to 64GB capacity on the Sound One X80. It has  10.6 mm, dynamic drivers. According to the company claims, a quick charge of 2 hours provides up to 6-8 hours(full volume) of music playback and 100 hours of standby. Notably, it is powered by 110 mAh battery that offers 7 hours of playback. The Sound One X80 wireless earphones are priced at Rs. 2,990 but are currently available on Amazon and Flipkart at an introductory price of Rs. 1,890. Also, it carries a 1-year warranty as well.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro gets Android 9.0 Pie-based MIUI 10.3 Global Stable update

Xiaomi launched first quad camera phone Redmi Note 6 Pro in India back in November running MIUI 10 on top of Android 8.1 (Oreo) and last month it started recruiting Beta testers for testing Android Pie based MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM for various devices including Redmi Note 6 Pro. The company started rolling out Android 9.0 (Pie) based MIUI Global Beta ROM back in March. Xiaomi has started rolling out Android 9.0 (Pie) based MIUI Global Stable ROM to Redmi Note 6 Pro users. As per posts on Mi Community, MIUI 10.3.3.0.PEKMIXM is being rolled out, the update is around 1.7 GB in size as it brings Android 9.0 (Pie) along with May security patch to the device. Apart from Redmi Note 6 Pro, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi 6 Pro are also expected to receive the Android 9.0 (Pie) based MIUI Global Stable update in coming months. Instagram will soon allow you to Share Link of your Instagram Story

Facebook-owned Instagram got new features in recent updates including a redesigned camera, new stickers, new design to Explore tab and more. Now, new reports have emerged suggesting that Instagram is working on adding new features to Instagram Story. According to a new report from Jane Manchun Wong, Instagram is said to be working on sharing a link to one's own Instagram Story. Instagram is said to be testing two new options-'Share Link' and 'Copy Link' to Instagram Story. Until now, users could only share their Instagram Story with their friends on Instagram. With the upcoming 'Share Link' feature, users will be able to share their Instagram Story's direct link to other users who are not on Instagram too. Additionally, users can copy the generated link of their Instagram Story and share it outside Instagram too. Recently, in a new update, Instagram introduced a new design to the Explore tab and also added Stories to the Explore tab. Microsoft starts rolling out Windows 10 May 2019 update with new light theme, Kaomoji support and more

Microsoft announced the initial availability of the Windows 10 May 2019 Update through the Windows Insider Program’s Release Preview in early April. Today, the company has officially announced the rollout of the stable Windows 10 May 2019 update to all users worldwide. The May 2019 update carries the version 1903 and is now available to all Windows users through the Windows update after being initially available only for users of Windows Insider Program. The new update includes a new light theme for Windows 10 which was earlier unveiled in a test build and the light theme is a white colored system-wide theme making all of the UI to appear white. The update also adds Kaomoji( ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ or (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ ) support. Users will be able to access the Kaomoji face characters through the same existing emoji shortcut i.e., Windows logo key  + period (.).  Apart from this, the latest update also includes Windows sandbox feature which will allow users to safely run untrusted .exe files. EE to launch 5G services in six cities in UK on May 30

EE; UK’s mobile network that is part of BT Group today announced that it will launch 5G in Uk starting in six cities: London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh and Belfast from May 30th. It will also introduce new 5G plans, a range of six new 5G smartphones and devices. The company announced 5G roll out plans last year. In addition to the six launch cities, EE will also be introducing 5G across the busiest parts of Bristol, Coventry, Glasgow, Hull, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield by the end of 2019. Aberdeen, Cambridge, Derby, Gloucester, Peterborough, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Southampton, Worcester and Wolverhampton will get 5G  in 2020.
