Redmi Note 8 Pro 64MP Quad Camera phone and Redmi Note 8 to be announced on August 29

After teasers Xiaomi's Redmi brand just confirmed that it will introduce the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphones at an event in China along with the Redmi TV on August 29th. The image confirms 64-megapixel camera with quad camera setup for the Redmi Note 8 Pro. There is a fingerprint sensor below the camera module. The back looks like glass, which is an upgrade from the plastic back on the previous Redmi Note series. The company already confirmed that Redmi Note 8 Pro will use Samsung’s latest 1/7″ 0.8-micrometer (μm) pixel 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor that is 38% bigger than 48MP sensor that it uses in its latest smartphones and will offer 9248 x 6936 pixel resolution. It also confirmed that the phone will launch in India in Q4 2019.
