HUAWEI’s HONOR brand has launched the Honor Band 5 in India, after a teaser. It has a 0.95-inch AMOLED color 2.5D curved glass touch screen display with different watch faces, in addition to Home button. It comes with TruSeen 3.0 continuous heart rate tracking and is also water resistant up to 50 meters. The band has automatic activity tracking that lets you track 10 fitness activities such as running, cycling, swimming with swim stroke recognition and more. The band has TruSleep technology that uses cardiopulmonary coupled dynamics spectrum (CPC) to monitor complete sleep structure including deep sleep (REM) to analyse sleep and offer personalized sleep recommendations. No mention of SpO2 sensor in the Indian version.
