Phones like Nokia 3 that was introduced back in June 2017 got its third major update to Android Pie earlier this year. As the two-year period draws to a close for Nokia 8, Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3, the company has announced that these phones will be able to receive quarterly security patch updates right through to the end of the 3rd year, which is till 2020. "To ensure you’ll be up to date, these quarterly releases will include all patches from the previous months," said the company.
