Samsung has announced that Bixby is now officially available in four new European languages including British English, German, Italian and Spanish. These new languages will join the existing languages of US English, Korean and Mandarin Chinese. These will be officially available globally following an ongoing beta test. The introduction of these new languages furthers Samsung’s global commitment to artificial intelligence, as it continues to expand its capabilities across more languages, devices, and services. Along with the new language availability, users in select European markets can access select new third-party services to get the best possible Bixby experience in their area. Users in Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK will all be able to use Bixby in their native language to search for flights, shop online, check soccer scores or get TV program information. Full support for Bixby in the four new languages will be available on Samsung flagship devices including Galaxy S10, S10e, S10+, and S10 5G, as well as Galaxy Note9, Galaxy S9, S9+, Note8, S8 and S8+ devices running Android Pie OS.
