Asus introduces new VivoBook 14, 15, and 17 with 8th-gen Intel Core processors and Chromebook C434

Asus at the CES 2019 has announced the VivoBook 14, 15, and 17 slim and light laptops with four-sided frameless NanoEdge ultra-narrow-bezel displays for a near-borderless viewing experience. The company has also introduced the Chromebook C434.  The Asus VivoBook 14 as the name suggests sports a 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display and is powered by the Intel Core i3-8145U, 2C/4T, 1.2GHz with 4MB cache, boost speed of up to 3.9GHz coupled with Intel UHD Graphics 620 and upto NVIDIA GeForce MX130 discrete graphics with 2GB VRAM. It packs up to 16GB DDR4 RAM and 128GB storage option. Connectivity options include dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2. It packs a 37Wh battery. The laptop measures 12.7" x 8.4" x 0.77" and weighs 1.4Kgs. It runs on Windows 10 and packs a fingerprint sensor within the trackpad. The Asus VivoBook 15 packs a 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) display and is powered by the Intel Core i5-8265U, 4C/8T, 1.6GHz with 6MB cache, up to 3.9GHz boost speed. It is coupled with Intel UHD Graphics 620 and upto NVIDIA GeForce MX130 discrete graphics with 2GB VRAM. It packs up to 16GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB storage option.
