After the Redmi Y2 and Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Mi 5 users have received the stable MIUI 10 OTA update from today. The new update comes as MIUI 10.0.1.0.OAAMIFH and is 549 MB in size. This update still has August security patch. It brings major changes like Redesigned Notification Panel, Redesigned Volume Sliders, Improved multitasking management, natural sound system, and a lot more, for more details on MIUI 10 refer to this post. You can download the recovery ROM here and flash it using the recovery method or fastboot ROM here and flash it manually. This is the third device to receive MIUI 10 based Global Stable update in India and other devices are expected to receive the update in coming days.
