Integral 512GB microSDXC world’s highest-capacity microSD card announced
Last year at the IFA Western Digital Corporation introduced SanDisk Ultra 400GB microSDXC as the world’s highest-capacity microSD card for $249.99. Now UK-based Integral Memory plc has introduced 512GB microSDXC V10, UHS-I U1 card as the world's highest capacity microSD. It meets the Video Speed Class 10 (V10) standard for fast transfer providing more than 10 MB/sec continuous write speed, ideal for Full HD video and has UHS-I, Class 1 specification. It promises up to 80MB/s transfer speed (write speed lower). Highlights of Integral 512GB microSDXC UHS-I card Read Speed: up to 80 MB/s UHS-I, Class 1 and V10 spec for smooth video transfer with more than 10 MB/sec continuous write speed Dimensions: 15×11×1; Weight: 0.5g Voltage - 2.7V - 3.6V Form factor - Micro Secure Digital eXtended Capacity (microSDXC) File format - exFAT UHS-I, Class 1 specification SD Adapter included 5-year warranty The Integral 512GB microSDXC UHS-I card will go on sale from February 2018, which is next month, but the pricing has not been announced yet. We can expect WD to complete with Integral with new SanDisk 512GB microSD card at the MWC 2018 next month.
