realme PaySa launched in India — Instant Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mobile Screen Insurance and more

realme, known for its smartphones and accessories, today launched its first full stack financial service platform via its realme PaySa app to take on Mi Credit. The service comes with 4 highlight products namely Free credit report, Personal loans, screen insurance for mobiles and business loans. realme PaySa will offer 4 main solutions which are lending, savings & protections, payments and tools. Lending will involve personal and business loans. Savings and protections solutions will entail mutual funds, digital gold, SIP, life and non life insurance. The third solution, payments is realme's entry into payment solutions where they are exploring services like UPI, etc. The last solution, tools will include products like free credit report, tax and budgeting tools. realme UI based on ColorOS 7 and Android 10 to roll out in India from January 2020 [Update: realme X2 to get it in March 2020]

Update: realme India CEO Madhav Seth at the realme X2 launch event has confirmed that ColorOS 7 Android 10 update for realme X2 will roll out in March 2020, before China version gets it in Q2 2020. realme just launched the realme X2, the company's latest mid-range smartphone and the successor of the realme XT in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 91.9% screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It is powered by Snapdragon 730G with up to 8GB of RAM, runs Android 9.0 (Pie) with ColorOS 6.1 and packs a 64-megapixel primary rear camera with 1/1.72″ Samsung GW1 sensor and f/1.8 aperture. Realme Buds Air with Low-latency gaming mode, wireless charging launched in India for Rs. 3999

Realme just launched the realme Buds Air, the company's first true wireless earphones in India along with the realme X2, as it had promised. It has 12mm drivers that promises dynamic bass, Bluetooth 5.0 support with AAC audio codec for an enhanced audio experience. The main highlight of the earbuds is its low-latency gaming mode, which promises 50% reduction in latency when gaming, thanks to the R1 chip. It also has dual microphones for better call quality and environmental noise cancellation. The headset has wearing detection sensor that automatically pauses the audio when the headset is removed and it automatically connects with the phone when you open the case. It promises up to 17 hours of battery life with the case, which has wireless charging support with 10W Qi wireless charging pad in addition to USB Type-C charging. OnePlus Concept One to be unveiled at CES 2020 in January

Last week OnePlus confirmed that it will hold a special event at the CES 2020 in Las Vegas next month. Today OnePlus CEO Pete Lau on weibo confirmed that the company will introduce its first concept smartphone, which it calls OnePlus Concept One will be introduced at the event between January 7th and 10th, 2020. He said that it will be a futuristic device, but did not say how it will look. The company is celebrating its sixth anniversary since the launch of the first OnePlus One smartphone. Redmi 7A finally starts receiving MIUI 11 Global Stable update

Xiaomi launched the Redmi 7A smartphone in India back in July running MIUI 10.2 Global Stable on top of Android 9.0. The company rolled out a major MIUI 10.2.7.0 to the smartphone back in Aug. To remind, the smartphone packs a 5.45-inch HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display, is powered by Snapdragon 439, and has a 12-megapixel Sony IMX486 rear camera sensor.
