Flipkart MarQ TurboStream streaming stick launched for Rs. 3499
Flipkart has announced their entry into the streaming stick market with the launch of the MarQ TurboStream. It supports a resolution of 1080p, dual band Wi-Fi, built-in Chromecast and runs Android 9.0 with full access to Google Play apps. With competitors like the Google Chromecast, Amazon Fire Stick and others, Flipkart has come into a crowded market with its MarQ TurboStream. The device is designed to buy more affordable non-smart TVs and turn them into smart TVs. It supports up to Full HD resolutions of 1920x1080 at 60fps resolution, has 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of ROM. It Dual-band WiFi support along with Dolby Digital Audio support. The included remote has Google assistant built in with shortcut buttons to YouTube and Netflix. The MarQ Turbostream is available on Flipkart for a price of Rs. 3499. Xiaomi just announced Mi CC9 Pro smartphone in China, as it had promised. Xiaomi Mi TV 5 and Mi TV 5 Pro 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch Quantum Dot 4K QLED TVs with 8K video playback announced
Xiaomi just announced its Mi TV 5 series at an event in China, as it had promised. These come in 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch models with Quantum Dot 4K QLED panels and the frame is 47.1% narrower than the Mi TV 4 series offering high screen-to-body ratio for an immersive experience. It has a metal body with integrated curved frame so the back plate has no screws. The 55-inch model just 5.9mm at its thinnest point, 65-inch is 6mm and the 75-inch model is 9.9mm. Similar to the Mi Full Screen TV Pro, this has Amologic T972 12nm chip with support for 8K video playback, thanks to 9th generation of image quality engine technology. There is also MEMC motion compensation technology and support for HDR 10+. These have two-channel two-way design, the left and right channels contain two vocal and woofer units, which improve the acoustic response curve by optimizing the acoustic waveguide structure, reducing the sound caused to the TV's body. Resonance greatly enhances the audio's audio response range (90Hz~14KHz) and user audiovisual experience, surpassing the industry standard of 200Hz~6.3KHz. Xiaomi announced the latest iteration of its own proprietary Android skin MIUI, dubbed MIUI 11 along with the Redmi Note 8 series at an event in India. MIUI 11 aims to bring a brand new optimized modern UI design focused on content viewing and has also introduced nifty additions specifically for India. The company has almost completed MIUI 11 rollout for the first phase of devices and has already started testing MIUI Stable Beta for the second batch of devices. In recent weeks, quite a few unannounced HUAWEI devices surfaced in renders and now, three new HUAWEI devices have surfaced which also includes a tablet too. Latest renders of HUAWEI MatePad Pro tablet with dual rear cameras, in-screen front camera, stylus have surfaced alongside the renders of HUAWEI P Smart 2020 and HUAWEI Nova 6 smartphones. According to the render images, HUAWEI's upcoming tablet is said to be called MatePad Pro and is said to sport hole-punch/in-screen front camera to the top left corner, dual rear cameras and the bezels are also said to be minimal. The fingerprint scanner is not visible on the rear of the tablet, so we can expect it to sport an in-display fingerprint scanner and the tablet is said to feature a USB Type-C port flanked by speaker grille on either side. Vivo S5 with triple rear cameras surface ahead of announcement on Nov 14
Vivo recently confirmed that S5, a new smartphone in the S series will be introduced on November 14th. Today press shots of the phone has surfaced in three colors, Blue, Green and Pink with a gradient finish. The image also shows diamond-shaped triple camera arrangement along with an LED flash, and the main camera is said to pack a 48MP sensor. This will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and an AMOLED screen, similar to the earlier S series phones, S1 and S1 Pro. Even though one render showed a no-notch display, another image showed a punch-hole screen, which is on the right side compared to left side on the Z1 Pro. We still don't have any other specifications of the phone, but we should know when the phone gets certified by TENAA in China sometime later this week. It is rumored to be priced less than 2000 yuan (Rs. 20,110 approx.) when it is announced next Thursday. Source
