Google Pixel 4’s Live Caption and Astrophotography features coming to Pixel 3, 3a series later this year
Earlier this year at Google I/O 2019, Google announced a feature called Live Caption coming to Android 10, and this feature has finally been released in the new Pixel 4 and Pixel 4XL. Another Pixel 4 feature was the ability to take long exposure night sky shots or astrophotography, as a part of their enhanced Night Sight mode. Google has now announced that these two features will be coming to Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a series later this year. Live Caption in Pixel 4 is a feature that was announced with the launch of Android 10. The feature is an automatic captioning system, similar to the captioning system in YouTube, except that all the processing happens in real time and completely on-device, so it works even if you don’t have cellular data or Wi-Fi, and the captions always stay private and never leave your phone. This feature will come to older Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL later this year and Google is working with other manufactures to bring this feature to more phones soon. HUAWEI reports strong growth in Q3 2019 despite US ban
HUAWEI, the Chinese technology giant has released its business report for Q3 of 2019 and it shows that, despite the US ban, the company is doing really well. The company has reported CNY 610.8 billion (USD 86.05 Billion) in revenue, which is an increase of 24.4% year-on-year. HUAWEI also reported that its smartphone shipments in the first three quarters of 2019 exceeded 185 million units, representing increase of 26% compared to the same period last year. The company's net profit margin was 8.7% during the quarter. The company saw rapid growth in other new businesses like PCs, tablets, wearables, and smart audio products. The HUAWEI Mobile Services ecosystem has also developed rapidly, covering more than 170 countries and regions. In the carrier business, with the launch of many innovative solutions with leading carriers like 5G Super Uplink, smart & simplified transport networks, HUAWEI has signed more than 60 commercial contracts for 5G with leading global carriers, speeding up the commercial deployment of 5G networks around the world. ZTE's nubia brand just launched the Red Magic 3S gaming smartphone India, as the successor of the Red Magic 3, which was launched back in June. Motorola announced the Moto G7 series – G7, G7 Plus, G7 Power and G7 Play smartphones earlier this year and after almost 8 months now, the renders of the upcoming Moto G8 Plus have surfaced. The render reveals triple rear camera setup, 25MP front camera, 4000mAh battery, and more. Sony 360 Reality Audio coming to Amazon Music HD, Deezer, TIDAL and more in 2019
Sony corporation has announced that 360 Reality Audio, an immersive audio experience utilizing object-based spatial audio technology will be available for the public coming this late fall 2019. Listeners in the United States, Europe and a few other locations will be able to listen to approximately 1000 songs at launch from many popular artists such as Mark Ronson and Pharrell Williams.
