After rumors, Meizu has announced that it will introduce Meizu 16T, the company's top-end smartphone in China on October 23rd. The phone got certified by TENAA with the model number M928Q, which revealed 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 855 with up to 8GB RAM, triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint scanner and a 4500mAh battery. Xiaomi's Redmi brand just launched the Redmi Note 8 Pro, the company's latest smartphone in the Redmi Note series in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with HDR support, 2.05mm narrow top frame, 1.8mm narrow left and right borders and 4.2mm bottom border offering 91.4% screen-to-body ratio and has TÜV Rheinland eye protection certification. It the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the latest MediaTek Helio G90T SoC and is the first phone in the price range to feature liquid cooling that will reduce the temperature of the phone by 4 to 6 degrees. Xiaomi’s Redmi brand just launched the Redmi Note 8, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the Note series in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.39-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with 90% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 665 11nm Mobile Platform with up to 6GB RAM, features a 48-megapixel main camera with 4-in-1 pixel binning for low-light shots, 8-megapixel 120° ultra-wide angle lens, 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor for 2cm macro shots. There is a 13-megapixel camera on the front. Amazon Alexa enables utility bill payments via Amazon Pay

Amazon India has announced today that users will be able to pay their utility bills by using Amazon Pay just by speaking to Alexa. This payment method has been available through many other online wallets for quite a while and has finally come to Amazon Pay. Users can now use Alexa to pay their utilities across a variety of categories such as electricity, water, post-paid mobile, cooking gas, broadband, DTH and more. Users can use this feature across any of their Alexa enabled devices such as Amazon Echo, Fire TV Stick and other devices with Alexa built-in by using commands such as “Alexa, pay my mobile bill” or “Alexa, pay my electricity bill”. For existing customers of Amazon Pay, Alexa will first retrieve the due amount for the particular utility from their registered Amazon account. The payment will go through after customer confirmation is received. For added security, customers can enable a voice pin for authentication. Once the transaction is approved, Alexa will use Amazon Pay to complete the transaction and send a confirmation notification to the customers registered mobile number. Today Madhav Seth, Chief Executive Officer, Realme India has confirmed that the phone will launch in India on November 20, a month before the December launch date announced earlier. The company already confirmed that it will launch the Realme XT 730G in the country in December, but this could also be launched alongside. It packs a 6.5-inch Full HD+ 20:9 aspect ratio 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display with 135Hz touch sampling rate for a smooth experience, hardware-level DC Dimming, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Snapdragon 855 Plus, 64MP quad rear cameras like the realme X2, but this will replace the macro lens with a telephoto lens that will offer 20x hybrid zoom.
