Amazon adds Alexa Announcements on Fire TV devices; Official YouTube app is back on all Fire TV devices

Amazon launched 'Alexa Announcements' feature with its Echo devices and earlier this year, the company added support for all Alexa-enabled devices. Expanding it further, Amazon is now adding Alexa Announcements on all Fire TV devices and is available in countries where Alexa Announcements is available. Alexa Announcement feature allows users to send out their announcement i.e., voice-based message to all of their Alexa-enabled devices in their home network at the same time. Users can make an announcement by saying "Announce [your message]" and a short chime plays on the other compatible devices and the announcement plays in the announcer’s voice Alexa Announcements are automatically enabled on all Fire TV devices and users can manage this setting by opening the Alexa App on their smartphone, choosing ‘Devices,’ selecting the appropriate Fire TV device, and they will have the option to enable/disable the feature. Users must keep their TV on and turned to the Fire TV input and they will receive audible and visual notifications to inform them of incoming announcements, playback will pause, and audio will play through any connected external speaker. Reliance Jio at its 42nd annual general meeting (AGM) in Mumbai announced that Jio Fiber will roll out commercially starting from September 5th, 2019 on the third anniversary of Jio's launch. This will reach 20 million residences and 15 million business establishments in 1,600 towns and will expand in the next 12 months, said Mukesh Ambani. It started trials  for JioGigaFiber services from August 15th last year. Jio Fiber plans start from Rs. 700 for 100Mbps plan and go up to Rs. 10,000 for 1 Gbps plans. Realme 5 series with quad rear cameras launching in India on Flipkart on August 20

Realme showed off its 64-megapixel camera technology last week at an event in India, and also said it will launch two more quad camera phones this year. Today, Flipkart has started teasing the launch of realme 5 series launch on August 20th.
