Sony V02, V42D, V72D and V82D high-power party speakers launched in India
Sony Electronics announced its high-power speakers alongside portable speakers and outdoor speakers at CES earlier this year. Today, the company has refreshed its range of party speakers by launching four new models MHC-V82D, MHC-V72D, MHC-V42D, and MHC-V02 in India. Sony MHC-V82 and MHC-V72D speakers come with 360-degree surround sound along with rear tweeters, angled speakers and a spread sound generator. These speakers also have a 360-degree party light feature, which lits the whole space with immersive lighting and these also sync to the beat. However, the feature of light sync to the beat is not available on the V02 model. These new ranges of speaker feature Sony's new Jet Bass Booster which aims to create clear, deep, and space-filling bass. These also have a Karaoke mode along with three other modes namely 'Clean for a clear sound', 'Override for a distorted guitar sound', and 'Bass' mode. Additionally, these speakers allow users to let you play their own beat with the 'Taiko' mode. The MHC-V82 has dimensions of 1128 x 504 x 416 cm, followed by MHC-V72 which has dimensions of 370 x 930 x 427 cm. Redmi Note 7 Series sales cross 10 million units globally
Xiaomi's Redmi brand introduced the first Redmi Note 7 smartphone in China back in January, and the Redmi Note 7 Pro made its global debut in India in February. Today the company has announced that the combined sales of Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro have hit 10 million units globally in about four months or 129 days of launch. Earlier this month the company announced that it has sold 2 million or 20 lakh units of Redmi Note 7 series in India in 2 months The Redmi Note 7 Series sales hit 4 million units globally on March 29th, so it has added 6 million units in just 55 days. The company recently launched Redmi Note 7S in India, which will replace the Redmi Note 7 in the country. WOW! What an amazing accomplishment! Samsung Galaxy A50 gets a price cut in India, now available starting at Rs. 18490
Samsung launched the Galaxy A50 mid-range smartphone in India earlier this year. It was launched at a price of Rs. 19,990 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant and Rs. 22,990 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage variant. Today, the smartphone has received an Rs.1500 price cut in India and the will be available to buy with the revised prices starting today. Samsung Galaxy A50 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant has received an Rs.1500 price cut and will now retail for Rs. 18,490. It was sold earlier for Rs. 19,990. The 6GB RAM with 64GB internal storage variant has also received an Rs.1500 price cut and will now retail for Rs. 21,490. It was sold earlier for Rs. 22,990. Nubia Red Magic 3 gaming smartphone to launch in India next month
ZTE's Nubia brand introduced the company's latest gaming smartphone Red Magic 3 in China earlier this year. At the launch, the company promised that it will bring the smartphone to India soon and as promised, today, the company has announced that the Red Magic 3 gaming smartphone will launch in India next month. Samsung has finally started rolling out Android 9.0 (Pie) One UI 1.1 update for the Galaxy M30, few days before it had promised. ARM Cortex-A77 CPU, Mali-G77 GPU and Machine Learning IP announced
ARM today has announced its new premium CPU design, GPU design and Mobile IP based on the all-new Valhall architecture and a new machine learning (ML) processor. The new Cortex-A77 CPU, Mali-G77 GPU, and Machine Learning IP promise to offer 60 percent faster AI performance on smartphones. These are the successor to Cortex-A76 CPU, Mali-G76 GPU and Mali-V76 VPU launched last year. Cortex-A77 CPU ARM Cortex-A77 is the successor to Cortex-A76 CPU and the company calls it the third generation DynamIQ ‘big’ core CPU. The A76 is supposed to provide a 20% IPC performance improvement over Cortex-A76 and also provide a significant performance boost for next-generation devices. The new CPU also claims to offer 35 times faster more Machine Learning performance and 15 percent plus more memory bandwidth improvements than the old Cortex-A55. OnePlus 7 Pro OxygenOS 9.5.4 update brings camera improvements
OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 9.5.4 update (OxygenOS 9.5.5 for Europe as per Google's instructions) that brings optimizations for double tap to wake and ambient display and audio for Bluetooth headset when playing games as well as camera improvements for HDR, low-light, fixes for white balance and focus issues. Lenovo Project Limitless world’s first 5G PC powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx 5G compute platform announced
Lenovo at the Computex 2019 in Taipei announced Project Limitless, which calls as the world's first 5G always-on, always-connected PC, powered by new Snapdragon 8cx 5G compute platform with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 5G modem. Lenovo did not share any specification of the device yet, but the prototype shows a convertible design, large screen and a fingerprint sensor. The Snapdragon 8cx 5G compute platform promises immersive user experiences, multi-gigabit LTE, multi-day battery life, and enterprise applications and security. The Snapdragon 8cx 5G platform includes the Snapdragon X55 5G modem, which integrates Category 22 LTE, achieving peak download speeds of up to 2.5 Gbps, for the fastest 4G connectivity available today. Xiaomi's Redmi brand has officially launched the entry-level Redmi Go smartphone with 16GB internal storage after teasing it last week. The design and rest of the specifications of the new variant of Redmi Go remain the same as the 8GB storage variant Redmi Go, except the change in internal storage. Redmi has increased the storage on the Redmi Go to 16GB from 8GB that was seen on the Redmi Go launched earlier this year.
