HONOR 20 with 6.26-inch FHD+ display, 32MP in-screen camera, quad rear cameras, side-mounted fingerprint sensor surfaces

HUAWEI's HONOR brand is all set to introduce its flagship HONOR 20 series at an event in London next week. Now the detailed specifications of the smartphone has surfaced. This reveals a 6.26-inch FHD+ screen with a 32-megapixel in-screen camera, 48MP rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor along with a 16-megapixel 117-degree ultra-wide sensor as well as two 2-megapixel camera with  f/1.75 aperture and f/2.4 aperture, one for 4cm macro shots and other for depth sensing in portrait shots. It also shows a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, so this could use an LCD screen compared to OLED screen on the HONOR 20 Pro. Apple releases watchOS 5.2.1 with ECG functionality for more countries and new Pride watch face

Apple introduced watchOS5 at WWDC 2018 which brought the Walkie Talkie mode, Podcasts, Work-Out detection and more. Today, Apple has released the watchOS 5.2.1 which now includes an update to the 'Pride' watch face and the ECG functionality is now expanded to more European countries. Apple introduced the 'Pride' watch face in WWDC 2018, and in today's update, the Pride watch face is getting a new design with an updated style option. The new update brings the 2019 digital pride watch face which features rainbow stripes that wiggle when a user raises their wrist or tap on it.  Along with this, Apple has also added two new Pride Analog faces where one of them is square shaped and the other is round shaped and these watch faces change colors each time the user raises their wrist. The new update also expands ECG functionality to more European countries including Croatia, Czech Republic, Iceland, Poland, and Slovakia and it also fixes an issue where the numbers on the Explorer face would not appear for some users. watchOS 5.2 is now rolling out worldwide and users can download through the dedicated Apple Watch app on the iPhone by going to General -> Software Update. HUAWEI P20 Lite 2019 with punch-hole display, quad rear cameras surface

HUAWEI introduced the P20 Lite smartphone last year, and recently we have also seen the P30 Lite. Now the images of the P20 Lite 2019 edition has surfaced. This shows a punch-hole display, quad rear cameras, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a gradient back with an S-shaped curve. It also shows a plastic frame on the sides. It is said to feature 5.84-inch FHD + LCD screen,  Kirin 710 SoC with 4GB of RAM, 64GB / 128GB storage and a 24-megapixel primary rear camera with f/ 1.8 aperture, while the details about other sensors are unknown. We can expect an ultra-wide sensor and a depth sensor. There is also a ToF sensor next to it. The HUAWEI P20 Lite 2019 is expected to come in Midnight Black, Gradiant Blue and Charming Red color variants and is expected to range between €280 (US$ 314 / Rs. 22,130 approx.) and €330 (US$ 370 / Rs. 26,080 approx.) depending on the storage version. HUAWEI Y9 Prime 2019 with 6.59-inch FHD+ display, triple rear cameras, pop-up front camera, Android 9 Pie announced

Huawei launched the Y9 smartphone in January 2019 and the smartphone features dual front cameras and dual rear cameras. Today, the company has silently announced the Y9 Prime 2019 smartphone and has a lot of resemblance to the recently-launched Huawei P Smart Z smartphone.  The Huawei Y9 2019 flaunts a 6.59 inch FULL HD+ TFT LCD screen, is powered by an octa-core Kirin 710 12nm processor and comes in 4GB RAM + 64GB/128GB internal storage options. With regards to the optics, the Y9 Prime 2019 sports a triple rear camera setup and dual front camera setup. The rear camera is a combination of a 16-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary ultra-wide sensor and, a third 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is a 16MP fixed focus pop-up camera. On the software front, it runs EMUI 9 on top of Android 9 Pie, has a USB Type-C port and is backed up by a 4000 mAh(typical) battery. Apple iOS 12.3 released with new TV app and channels

Apple released iOS 12 back in September 2018, and today the company has released the third major update to the iOS 12 i.e., iOS 12.3 and this comes over a month after the release of iOS 12.2. Lenovo introduces world’s first foldable laptop in ThinkPad X1 family

At the ongoing Lenovo Accelerate 2019 event, Lenovo has unveiled a preview and demo of the world's first foldable PC in ThinkPad X1 Family. Redmi K20 confirmed officially, will be ‘flagship killer’ in the Redmi series

Redmi today confirmed that its upcoming flagship will be called Redmi K20. Regarding the naming, Redmi President Lu Weibing said that the K series is the performance flagship of Redmi, and K stands for killer, so the Redmi K20 will be flagship killer! The company already posted its teaser with a pop-up front camera and a no-notch display. Redmi President Lu Weibing already confirmed that the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 855 and retain the 3.5mm audio jack. This is expected to be the Redmi K20 Pro. Xiaomi releases Android Pie based kernel source for Redmi Note 6 Pro

Xiaomi launched first quad camera phone Redmi Note 6 Pro in India back in November running MIUI 10 on top of Android 8.1 (Oreo) and recently rolled out Android 9.0 (Pie) based MIUI Global Stable 10.3 for the smartphone. Now, the company has released Android Pie kernel sources for the Redmi Note 6 Pro (codename tulip). Even though the source code is not useful for normal users, it would be helpful for Android developers and tinkerers who would like to create custom software builds. You can download the kernel source from the GitHub source link below. Xiaomi has already released Android Pie based source codes for Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro but the company is yet to release Kernel sources for the recently-launched Redmi 7. We will keep you updated as soon as the company releases the source code for it.
