Samsung unveils Q Series soundbars with Dolby Atmos & DTS:X optimized for QLED TVs
Samsung Electronics has announced two new Q Series soundbars featuring Samsung Acoustic Beam technology, and the new Adaptive Sound feature. Dubbed as HW-Q70R and HW-Q60R, these two products are the result of Samsung Audio Lab and Harman Kardon collaboration. With Adaptive Sound technology, both the soundbars analyse and adjust to ideal sound settings for any given scene. Further, the HW-Q70R and HW-Q60R will automatically switch to Adaptive Sound mode when Samsung 2019 QLED TV is connected and it's AI mode in on. Talking about Samsung’s proprietary Acoustic Beam technology feature, it uses an array of holes in the speaker to create a more dynamic, panoramic soundscape. The Q-Series soundbars comes equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X immersive, and 360-degree surround sound technology. Commenting on the new announcements, Jongsuk Chu, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics: Through Adaptive Sound, which understands the sound and optimizes it according to the scene, listeners can enjoy even more realistic sound for every genre of content. Toreto Bloom SmartWatch with Heart rate sensor, BP monitoring launched in India
Toreto has announced the launch of Bloom SmartWatch with health tracking features in India today. In terms of specifications, Toreto Bloom comes equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and has an alloyed metallic finish. Further, it has IP68 waterproof feature keeps the watch safe up to 1.5 meters for half an hour. Users can pair the device with a smartphone using Wear Health App and support both Android and iOS platforms. Nokia X71 with in-screen camera, 48MP rear camera to be announced on April 2
HMD Global has scheduled an event on April 2nd in Taiwan where the company will introduce new X71 smartphone. This got certified by Taiwan’s NCC with the model number TA-1167 and could be introduced as Nokia 8.1 Plus for the global markets since this is expected to be the successor of Nokia 8.1. Some rumors say that it will be introduced as Nokia 6.2. This is expected to be the first Nokia smartphone to feature a punch-hole or in-screen camera. It is said to come with a 48-megapixel rear camera with ZEISS optics along with a secondary 120-degree ultra-wide angle lens. Earlier rumors revealed a 6.22-inch Full HD+ display, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port and bottom-firing speakers and a glass back for the smartphone. A few days back, Samsung launched the Galaxy Store to bring together all the features from Galaxy Apps and Galaxy Themes. For the uninitiated, the Galaxy Store brings together all the features from Galaxy Apps and Galaxy Themes that Galaxy users love, creating a whole new digital marketplace optimised for individual users. In the recent development, Samsung India today announced that it has partnered with Indus App Bazaar to access their mobile applications in 12 Indian languages. Apple PowerBeats Pro true wireless headphones surfaces
In the past few weeks, there were speculations on Apple launching a truly wireless version of its Powerbeats sports headphones. Today, the first images of the so-called Powerbeats Pro got surfaced online in iOS 12.2 update carrying the same look as existing Powerbeats minus the wire. Xiaomi shows off 100W Super Charge Turbo fast charging that can charge a phone fully in 17 minutes
There are a lot of companies that use their own fast charging techniques, but Xiaomi has been sticking to Qualcomm's Quick Charge technology on its phones. Now the company's co-founder Bin Lin has posted a video on weibo that shows the company's own 100W Super Charge Turbo fast charging technology. This shows a phone with 4000mAh battery charged fully in just 17 minutes. Xiaomi has compared this to OPPO's 50W (10V/5A) Super VOOC Charging that charges 3700mAh battery up to 65% in 17 minutes. This was introduced as the world's fastest smartphone charging tech that can charge the phone up to 92% in 30 minutes. HUAWEI introduced its 55W SuperCharge fast charging technology that can charge the Mate X's 4500mAh battery from 0 to 85% in 30 minutes.
