Sony Xperia 1 Hands On and Photo Gallery
Apart from mid-range smartphones like Xperia 10 and 10 Plus, Sony introduced its much-expected flagship device under the name Xperia 1 at the MWC. With this device, the company is positioning itself in the mobile market as media consumption and imaging powerhouse. In an attempt to stand out from the crowd, Sony has ditched the 19:9 aspect ratio, offering a 21:9 aspect ratio. The Xperia 1 measures 8.2mm in thickness and have a height of around 167mm, which makes it even more sleeker. The front and rear are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6, giving us a premium feel which we have accustomed to quite lately. The front side of the device is occupied by the screen itself with a bit bezels on top and bottom. On the right side, we have a dedicated camera button, power button and volume rocker too. Below the power button is a fingerprint sensor, which means, the Japanese handset maker has opted to stay clear of the in-display fingerprint sensor. Turning it back we have vertical triple camera setup housed in the centre just above the Xperia branding. The best part about this smartphone is its 6.5-inch (1644x3840pixels) 4K OLED HDR Display with 21:9 aspect ratio, TRILUMINOS ...

After the MWC 2019 announcements, Huawei is gearing up for a special event scheduled on March 26th where it is expected to introduce the P30 series. However, so far, very little is known about the flagships in terms of design, hardware specifications. To fill the void, we now are getting to see the renders of the P30 Pro and it will come with Quad-rear cameras with 10X zoom. The innovation of the Huawei P30 Pro starts with the integration of a high-resolution zoom camera, which according to the sources is close to what OPPO showed off at the MWC 2019. However, it is unclear if Huawei would rely on a periscope optics like OPPO where the light is diverted by a prism and then hits the camera sensor. Like with most Huawei flagships, it will have Leica integration. It is rumored to have aperture sizes between F/1.6 and F/ 3.4. The camera will also feature laser autofocus, a dual LED flash, and a time-of-flight camera. As for the P30, it will have a triple rear camera setup that is similar to Mate 20 Pro and the apertures range between F/ 1.8 and F/ 2.4, meaning it will have a wide-angle, a telephoto and an ultra wide-angle setup. The P30 will also get support ...

Facebook confirms it will launch “Clear History” feature later this year
Facebook's CFO David Wehner has confirmed that the company would launch its clear history feature later this year. It was first announced in early 2018 and it allows users to see information about apps and web sites they've interacted with and delete this information from their Facebook accounts. Wehner further said the feature will make it harder for Facebook to use data collected by third parties to target ads to users."Broadly, [clear history is] going to give us some headwinds in terms of being able to target as effectively as before," said Wehner. CEO Mark Zuckerberg at the announcement said the feature would "be a simple control to clear your browsing history on Facebook -- what you've clicked on, websites you've visited, and so on. You'll even be able to turn off having this information stored with your account." The Clear History feature was proposed by Zuckerberg to his team in a reaction to the company's Cambridge Analytica scandal last March, according to reports. The company made an announcement when it was still in the idea stage. Source
