Look forward for the New Smartphone by OPPO with in-screen fingerprint sensor in India soon

The New series by OPPO will hit the Indian market soon. This time OPPO is bringing in a distinctive series which is catering to a melange of consumers across geographical and economic boundaries. The USP of OPPO’s new handset is the presence of ‘in-screen fingerprint sensor’. OPPO has already launched the phone in its home country in October last year, which has proved to be a grand success. OPPO has one of the most desirable and best specs in the smart phone segment in India. The new series is said to be priced less than Rs. 20,000 as the value chain for e-commerce is cheaper than traditional offline space – hence the benefit of savings can be passed on to the customers with better value product. The meteoric rise of smart phone sales in India is backed by the whopping growth of virtual shopping mode among Indian buyers. OPPO has been a pioneer in the offline segment since last 5 years and also has substantial online presence on all major virtual shopping sites. Samsung Galaxy M20 Unboxing and First Impressions

The new M series from Samsung is all about addressing the needs of the Indian market. Our demographic is such that Samsung has decided to launch this series here first, starting with the M10 and the M20. We'd seen the first impressions of the Galaxy M10, now it's the Galaxy M20's turn. This device, at a great starting price of Rs. 10,990 (3/32) and Rs. 12,990 (4/64), aims to compete in the most hotly contested smartphone segment in our country. I was lucky enough to test the device just before launch and here are my first impressions. Unlike the M10, the Samsung Galaxy M20 comes with a USB-C port and a 15W (9V-1.67A / 5V-2A) fast charger. This makes the presence of a 5,000 mAH battery even better, which brings us to the specifications of this device - Samsung Galaxy M20 Specifications 6.3-inch (2340 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ TFT 19.5:9 TFT display Octa-Core Exynos 7904 14nm processor with Mali-G71 GPU 3GB RAM with 32GB storage / 4GB RAM with 64GB Storage, expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card Android 8.1 (Oreo) Dual SIM 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture, 5MP ultra-wide angle camera 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture ...

Samsung Galaxy M10 Unboxing and First Impressions

Samsung has been teasing the new M series on social media for a while now. It is a global series of devices that is launching first in India, and is specifically "Made for India". Well the soft launch has happened today and we have two new devices in the market, the Galaxy M10 and the Galaxy M20. These devices are entirely focused on the mid range segment, which is the most hotly contested in India, no doubt. Aimed at "Millennials", which I think is a code-word for high-demand expectations when it comes to value for money, how well do these devices cater? I've been lucky enough to try them before launch. At Rs. 7,990 (2/16) and Rs. 8,990 (3/32), the Galaxy M10 is the cheaper of the two, here are my first impressions. For under 10k INR, it is necessary that we set our expectations right. With that said, let's look at the specifications. Samsung Galaxy M10 Specifications 6.2-inch (1520 × 720 pixels) HD+ 19.5:9 TFT display Octa-Core Exynos 7870 14nm processor with Mali-G71 GPU 2GB RAM with 16GB storage / 3GB RAM with 32GB Storage, expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Samsung Experience 9.5 Dual SIM ...

Intel patent hints at a foldable smartphone that unfolds into tablet

Samsung, Huawei, LG are said to be working on foldable smartphones which are slated to release some time this year. Apart from these mainstream OEM's, companies like Qualcomm, Microsoft, IBM, and Intel are also said to be working on foldable devices. In-line with the reports, Intel's new patent hints at what the company is working.  Back in 2017, WIPO has published a patent from Intel Corporation for an 'Electronic device with foldable display panels'. The patent shows various design images and a very brief description of the product. This new Intel device unfolds into a big tablet, consisting of three display areas. A stylus pen will make it convenient to operate this foldable device. Meaning, you will have a dual-screen smartphone at your disposal. The interface will probably be adjusted accordingly. Intel has so far limited itself to prototypes with two displays, so at this moment, it does not seem likely that this foldable smartphone/tablet will hit the market anytime soon, but it does show that companies like Intel are also investing in the foldable future. WhatsApp has rolled out a new update for WhatsApp Web, bringing the version up to 0.3.2041. The update brings new improvements and security fixes, but most importantly, the company has enabled Picture-in-Picture mode with support for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Streamable. with WhatsApp web supporting the feature, the desktop should gain it in the upcoming releases. In the previous 0.3.1846 version, WhatsApp released the Picture in Picture feature to watch shared videos. To test this feature, you need to send/receive a message that contains a link of a video hosted on one of those services above mentioned and WhatsApp will show a preview of the video in the bubble. When you press it, WhatsApp presents the video in Picture in Picture mode. It also has the ability to switch the chat without closing the PiP. If the feature doesn’t work for you, it means you are using an old WhatsApp Web version. To force the update, you must clear the cache of your browser and restart the browser and now you should be able to use the latest WhatsApp Web update with the Picture in Picture feature enabled.
